Safer Business Action Week: Supporting Local Businesses

This week marks Safer Business Action Week (SaBA), running from Monday 10 November to Friday 14 November. West Mercia Police is highlighting its ongoing efforts to prevent and respond to business-related crime, including shoplifting, burglary, and anti-social behaviour.

Throughout the week, officers across the force are engaging with local businesses and working alongside partners to strengthen relationships and enhance community safety. 

Today, PC George Watling and PC Dave Wagg were out in Oswestry Town Centre to speak with business owners about crime prevention and anti-social behaviour.

While SaBA Week brings focused attention to these issues, our commitment to supporting residents and businesses continues year-round. Together, we aim to ensure Oswestry remains a safe and welcoming place to live and work.
